Dealing with a lost pet is stressful. Most dog owners consider their pet dogs as part of their family. People think of their dogs as their children and loyal friends. For children, their dogs are their best friends. Imagine how a child would feel if their pet dog goes missing?
When Khane Williams was six-years-old, he had a pet dog named Kase. Khane and Kase were inseparable. They would spend all day playing together.
When Kase was let outside on the yard by his family to use the bathroom, he went missing. When Kase’s family was going to get him back inside the house, he was nowhere to be found. Kase disappeared, and his family, including Khane, tried to look for him everywhere. Kase’s disappearance broke the heart of his family. However, no one’s heart was more heartbroken than Khane. He just lost his best friend, and he couldn’t find him anywhere.
Kase’s family refused to give up looking for him. They went around asking people about Kase, and they even printed and posted posters about their missing dog. When a blizzard hit their area the following week, the Williams family was worried about the safety of their lost dog. They didn’t know if Kase would make it outdoors during the storm.
Thankfully, Kase was eventually found, and he didn’t stray too far from his home. Kase was located just right down the street from the Williams home. During the blizzard, a family took Kase in and gave him food and kept him warm.
A month after Kase went missing, Khane’s mom, Paula, spotted Kase behind a school bus. Paula spotted Kase when he greeted two of schoolchildren who got out of the school bus. Paula was so glad that she found Kase and decided to surprise Khane.
When Paula surprised Khane with Kase, Khane’s reaction was so adorable. Khane bawled his eyes out from being so happy to finally be reunited with his best friend, who went missing for an entire month. Here’s the emotional video below showing Khane being reunited with best pal, Kase. After watching this video, you’ll surely find yourself shedding a tear or two for Khane and his dog.
